Selection, Succession, and Career Planning
At LDS and Associates, we call upon our extensive psychometric assessment experience to assist our corporate clients to evaluate objectively candidates’ “fit” for roles and/or their potential for advancement. To support this aspect of our practice, we evaluate competencies, and encourage individuals to build on existing strengths, as well as identify and bridge any gaps that exist. We also assist in the design of practical and meaningful developmental plans with consideration for preferred learning styles. We offer Assessments for Selection, Succession, and Career Planning purposes.
We have experience working with a variety of assessment tools including:
o Multi-Rater (360° feedback) Assessment Surveys (Certified in Center for Creative Leadership’s multi-source feedback tools including Benchmarks)
o Psychometric Instruments (personality, ability, intelligence tools)
o Work Associate Surveys
